基于GS算法的近场光束整形研究

【摘要】 在激光的很多实际应用中,为了提高激光系统的利用效率,常常需要将高斯的光场分布整形为均匀的光场分布。文章对GS算法的原理进行了理论研究,在给定的输入输出光场分布下,应用GS算法设计了相位屏,理论模拟时输出光场衍射效率为98.81%,顶部均方差小于7%。最后利用纯相位液晶空间光调制器对GS算法近场光束整形效果进行了实验验证,将GS算法得到的相位屏输入液晶空间关调制器,得到了近"平顶"的光场分布。实验结果验证了GS算法、理论模拟和光束整形系统的可行性。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the energy efficiency of the laser systems,Gaussian laser beam always need to be converted into uniform profiles.The theory foundation of beam shaping was discussed.Gerchberg-Saxton algorithm was researched in this paper.Under the input and the output profiles,a phase plane was designed by GS algorithm.The simulated diffraction efficiency and the root-mean-square error were 98.81% and 7%.Finally,the phase plane was loaded on the input beam by phase-only liquid crystal spatial light modulator,and a quasi-flattop intensity beam was achieved.Experimental results prove the property of GS algorithm,theoretical simulation and program design.
