【Abstract】 The IEEE(P802.3av task force) and FSAN(NG-PON task group) are studying the evolution of Next Generation PON systems.10 G-EPON standards will soon be officially released in September 2009,which is far from walking in front of the NG-PON.The research of 10 G-EPON technology will be focused on recently.The term 10 G-EPON refers to 10 Gbps Ethernet Passive Optical Network architecture,which is being standardized by the IEEE P802.3av task force.On the basis of reading through the standard,this paper studied on the physical layer of 10 G-EPON.Now we have already started the design work of 10 G-EPON prototype system.更多还原
