ZM5镁合金表面激光熔敷Al-55.1Wt%Ni的研究

【摘要】 研究目的是为了在镁合金上制备出耐磨、耐腐蚀的涂层。采用5kW的二氧化碳激光器使用一步法熔化Al-Ni粉末的办法进行涂层的制备。涂层性能的检测采用金相、扫描电镜和显微硬度测试等手段进行。腐蚀性能的测试采用模拟的海水进行测试。实验取得了一些积极的结果。激光熔敷Al-55.1%Ni涂层腐蚀性能也在可以接受的范围内。
【Abstract】 The aim of this investigation was the production of wear and corrosion resistant coatings on magnesium base alloys.These layers were produced using a 5 kW CO2 laser and powder mixtures of aluminium-nickle powder in a single step process.The properties of these layers were characterized by metallographic investigations such as optical and scanning electron microscope and hardness measurements.The corrosion resistance has been determined using an immersion test in simulation of salt water.These conditions are comparable to the conditions found in combustion engines where the layers are to be used.Positive results were obtained with respect to the microstructure formation.An acceptable corrosion resistance was achieved by laser cladding with Al-55.1%Ni powder.
