激光熔池CCD测温系统设计与试验研究

【摘要】 为了研究激光制造过程中高功率激光熔池温度场分布,提出采用CCD进行激光熔池温度场检测,建立了一套CCD高温测量系统,研制了专用分析软件,开展了激光熔池检测实验。系统主要由CCD、光学系统、数据图像卡和温度场分析软件组成,进行了理论分析和实验验证,结果表明,该测温系统不受激光熔池弧光和工作环境的影响,属于非接触检测,能够实时检测激光熔池温度场,并给出激光熔池温度场分布、尺寸、加工工艺等信息,进一步发展,可以用于激光加工的在线检测与自动反馈控制。
【Abstract】 In order to study measurement of temperature field distribution in laser molten pool,a direct measurement system by CCD and its special software were developed.Experiments on temperature measurement by it were carried out.The system was mainly consisted of color CCD,optics elements,image card and temperature field data analysis software.The system was analyzed by theory analysis and experiment measurement.It was shown that temperature field in laser molten pool could be measured at real time.It was a non-destructive measurement method,which wasn’t influenced by arc radiation in laser molten pool and work environmental.It can present the temperature field distribution,size of laser molten pool and processing parameters.It would be much more available on online measurement and feedback control in laser processing.
