计算机X射线激光扫描系统关键技术研究

【摘要】 针对焊缝缺陷检测,设计并实现了计算机X射线激光扫描系统。阐述了系统设计思想,并对其中的关键技术-激光扫描仪的研制和图像处理算法进行了研究。用五角棱镜和聚焦物镜组成扫描臂以取代Fθ镜头,利用成像板的柔性成圆弧形进片,同时扫描臂又用做接收器件来收集激发出的荧光。确定了扫描仪的系统控制方案,研究了图像增强算法。实验证明扫描仪工作稳定可靠,能够准确成像,所用图像增强方法易于实现缺陷目标自动提取。
【Abstract】 To meet the requirements of weld inspection,computed radiography system is designed and realized.Based on describing the thought of design,the key technologies among the system,such as the design of laser scanner and image processing algorithm are studied.A scanning arm is proposed which is composed by pentagonal prism and scanning object lens.To cooperate with scanning arm,a circular imaging plate transport mechanism is designed.Scanning arm can receive stimulation luminescence as a receiving device too.The control scheme is introduced and image enhancement algorithm is investigated The experimenta1 results indicate that the system works stable and produces clear images,the methods of image enhancement algorithm easy to achieve automatic extraction of defect region
