丹黄散在糖尿病足治疗中的作用机制探讨

【摘要】 目的:从基因组层面评估丹黄散在糖尿病足治疗中的作用并探讨其可能的作用机制。方法:分别从正常组、糖尿病足组、丹黄散治疗组三组获取组织标本,以Oligo GEArray芯片检测各组基因表达谱,比较分析基因表达谱差异。结果:和正常组比较,糖尿病足组涉及表达上调基因28个,表达下调基因6个;而较糖尿病足组而言,经丹黄散干预后,涉及表达上调基因30个,表达下调基因4个。结论:糖尿病足溃疡局部涉及多基因差异表达,可能是病变发生和得以维持的分子基础。经丹黄散干预后,部分异常表达基因得以调控,这部分可调控基因,是获得临床疗效的分子基础,也可能正是丹黄散的作用靶点。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective:observe the clinical effect of the danhuangsan to the diabetes foot from the genome and guess its mechanism.Methods:Obtain the tissues from the normal group,diabetes foot group,danhuangsan group and detect the gene expressing profiling with Oligo GEArray^? gene chip, and then tell the difference from each other.Results:There were 28 genes showing up regulated expression and 6 genes showing down regulated expression in the diabetic foot group.After cured with danhuangsan,30 genes showing up regulated expression and 4 genes showing down regulated expression in the danhuangsan group.Conclusion:There were many different genes expression which maybe the key cause for origination and developing of diabetic foot.There were parts of genes,after cured with danhuangsan,which were regulated maybe the basis of the clinical effect and the target of the danhuangsan working on.更多还原
