五华三黄鸡提纯复壮及效果分析

【摘要】 为提高五华三黄鸡的外观整齐性与生产性能,对五华三黄鸡进行提纯复壮并分析其效果。结果表明:对已严重杂交的五华三黄鸡提纯选育3个世代以后,体形外貌与五华三黄鸡地方品种标准相接近;屠宰率、全净膛率、熟肉率、胸肌粗蛋白、母鸡粗脂肪等有明显的升高,而p H值在24 h内的变化幅度、失水率、滴水损失率、公鸡粗脂肪有显著的降低。

【Abstract】 With the aim to improve the neat appearance and production performance of Wuhua threeyellow chicken, the purification and rejuvenation was measured and analyzed. The results showed that: after three generations later, the shape appearance of Wuhua three-yellow chicken was similar to the local breed; its slaughter rate, eviscerated rate, rate of cooked meat, chest muscle crude protein and crude fat of hen was raised significantly; however, the p H value in 24 h, water loss rate, drip loss rate, rooster crude fat of cock was significantly reduced.
