【摘要】 本研究选用广西麻鸡(G)和东乡黑鸡(D)进行正反杂交试验,出雏数为正交(G♂×D♀)207只、反交(D♂×G♀)141只,统一饲养,分别抽测初生、6w、8w、13w和17w体重,17周龄时进行体貌、体尺、屠宰和肉质性能测定。结果表明:正反杂交子代羽色以黑羽和麻羽为主;肤色有黄白、乌色2种,乌肤率高于54%;黑胫率较高(93%~96%)。反交子代的公、母鸡体重大于正交的同性别鸡,但差异不显著(P>0.05);17周龄时反交公鸡的平均体重达1512 g;母鸡平均体重达1239g。正反杂交子代母鸡的肌内脂肪、黑色素含量显著高于公鸡(P<0.05);且反交的肌内脂肪、黑色素含量大于正交的同性别鸡。研究表明,广西麻鸡和东乡黑鸡正反杂交的体貌差异不大,体重、肉质等指标具备杂交优势,且以东乡黑鸡为父本的反交组合略优。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the study, Guangxi partridge chicken(G) was crossed with Dongxiang black chicken(D). The hatching number of offspring were 207 in obverse cross mode(G♂×D♀) and 141 in reverse cross mode(D♂×G♀), respectively. The birds were uniform fed and weighed at birth, 6w, 8w, 13 w, 17 w. At 17 w, physical appearance, carcass traits and meat quality were tested. The results showed that the feather of reciprocalcrossing offspring were mainly black and partridge, skin color were yellow and black. The percentage of black skin was higher than 54%, and the rate of black shank was high between 93% and 96%. The average weight of cocks in reverse cross was 1512 g, that of hens was 1239 g. Intramuscular fat(IMF) and melanin contents of hens were significantly higher than cocks in reciprocal-crossing offspring(P <0.05). IMF and melanin contents of G×D were greater than G×D with the same sex. These findings indicated that the reciprocal-crossing offspring of Guangxi partridge chicken and Dongxiang black chicken had little difference in physical appearance. Weight and meat quality had obvious heterosis, and the reverse cross with Dongxiang black chicken as male parent was better.更多还原
