CYP1亚家族及其对双峰驼生物学特性的意义

【摘要】 CYP1系列是一种重要的细胞色素P450酶,参与多种常用药物的代谢及许多前毒物和前致癌物的活化过程。而且,CYP1酶活性受到多种因素的影响。有关CYP1酶抑制剂和诱导剂以及肝CYP酶技术在体外药物代谢研究及个体化用药研究中具有极其重要的意义。本文对CYP酶系的组成与分子特征,CYP的命名原则以及CYP1亚家族的基因表达,底物、诱导剂、抑制剂以及对双峰驼CYP的相关研究等方面加以较为细致地综述。
【Abstract】 CYP1 is one of important cytochrome P450 enzymes, which is involved in metabolism of many clinically used drugs and activation of some precarcinogens. The activity of CYP1 enzyme was influenced by many factors. The study on CYP1 enzyme inhibitors and inducers, as well as, hepatic CYP enzyme technology in drug metabolism in vitro has a great significance in further study of individualized medication. The composition and molecular characteristics of CYP enzyme family, and the principle nomenclature of CYP enzymes and the gene expression of CYP1 subfamily, as well as, its substrates, inducers, inhibitors and the CYP of the camel were reviewed more detailed in this paper.
