【摘要】 北美马鹿是优良的鹿类动物种源,我们通过2001年、2009年先后实施的两项国家948项目,2次从新西兰分别引进公、母北美马鹿种源32头,在国内首次组建了独家北美马鹿纯繁群体和种源基地,并开展了与国内马鹿的杂交试验。本文重点介绍了引入国内的北美马鹿种源的种质特性,以及其与国内马鹿杂交试验的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 North america wapiti(Cervus canadensis) was the excellent deer germplasm resources.We imported 32 north america wapiti from New Zealand two times by our country 948,organized the only one pure breeding population in Liaoyang of China and firstly carried on the crossing experiments with our Chinese wapiti.This article focuses on the germplasm characteristics of north america wapiti after introduced in China and the effect of crossing experiments.更多还原
