茸鹿经济杂交后代生长发育研究

【摘要】 为确定茸鹿经济杂交后代的生长发育情况,本研究对东北梅花鹿与天山马鹿三种形式经济杂交繁育而成的初生仔鹿与180日龄幼鹿体重体尺进行了测定,并与亲本进行了日增重对比。研究结果表明,在亲本和杂交后代体重及体尺各项指标中,公鹿最高,花马花F2最低,但随着杂种后代的生长发育,180日龄花马花F2母鹿在体尺、肩高、胸围、尾长、头长、额宽这几项指标中都高于花马F1母鹿。在经济杂交后代与亲本中,180日龄幼鹿日增重最快的为天山马鹿,东北梅花鹿最慢。从生长发育上看,用天山马鹿(♂)改良东北梅花鹿(♀)最好,且以F1代效果最佳。
【Abstract】 In order to determine the growth and development of economic cross breeding offspring of antler deer,the newborn fawn and 180 day-old fawn body weight and size of Northeast Sika deer and Tianshan wapiti economic crossbreeding were measured,and were compared with the parent average daily gain.The results show that,in the parent and offspring body weight and body size indexes,the stag is the highest,sika X wapiti X sika crossbreeding F2 is the lowest,but along with the hybrid offspring growth,180 days sika X wapiti X sika crossbreeding F2 doe in body size,height,chest circumference,tail length,head length,wide forehead are higher than the that of sika X wapiti F1 doe.In the 180 day-old fawn ADG of economic hybrid progenies and their parents,fastest is Tianshan wapiti and the slowest is Northeast Sika. From the growth and development point of view,improving Northeast Sika Deer(♀) with the Tianshan Wapiti(♂) is the best,and its F1 generation is the best.
