密度与光照强度对蛋雏鸡体重及均匀度的影响

【摘要】 为了研究不同饲养密度和不同光照强度对蛋雏鸡体重、均匀度的影响,试验选取1日龄"京红1号"蛋雏鸡576只,随机分为四组,每组144只,设置饲养密度、光照强度双因素各两个处理,每个处理三个重复。饲养密度设计为Ⅰ、Ⅱ组鸡群1~21日龄置于中层、上层饲养,24只/笼,饲养密度为93.8 cm2/只;Ⅲ、Ⅳ组鸡群1~7日龄置于中层饲养,48只/笼,饲养密度为46.9 cm2/只,Ⅲ、Ⅳ组鸡群于8~21日龄分为中层、上层饲养,24只/笼,饲养密度为93.8 cm2/只。光照强度由照明设施和饲养层次决定,设计为Ⅰ、Ⅲ组鸡群1~14 E1龄光照强度调整为上层60 lux、中层30 lux,Ⅱ、Ⅳ组鸡群1~14日龄光照强度调整为上层40 lux、中层25 lux,四组鸡群15~21日龄光照强度均调整为上层20 lux、中层10 lux,记录试验鸡群1~21日龄体重及均匀度情况。试验结果表明:经过7天不同饲养密度育雏后,Ⅲ、Ⅳ组鸡群1~7日龄平均体重显著低于Ⅰ、Ⅱ组(P<0.05),8日龄后四组鸡群饲养密度一致,体重差异不显著(P>0.05);各组鸡群21日龄末的均匀度差异不显著(P>0.05),但随日龄增大呈下降趋势;光照强度在适宜范围内,蛋雏鸡体重、均匀度差异均不显著(P>0.05)。

【Abstract】 To study the effect of different rearing environment factors on the impact of uniformity of weight, chickens,this test recorded the "Jing Hong NO1" chicken in breeding density(7 days,before brooding 93.8cm2 and 46.9cm~2 per bird;8~21 day age were 46.9cm~2 per bird),light intensity(1~14,lux,age 60 40 lux,30 lux,25 lux,20 lux,10 15~21 days of age Lux ) of different rearing environment,0~3 weeks of age,body weight and uniformity.The test results showed that:"Jing Hong NO1" chicks at 1 days of age,weight about 37g,the individual with the same size,uniformity of 86.5%,after 7 days before the different environment and brooding, high density chickens before 10 days of age the average weight of visible light(P<0.05),7 days after the breeding density,weight growth was rapider,no difference with the small density chickens weight(P>0.05);whether the breeding density size,from the group was 24 per seventh days of the start to the end of the cage test at 3 weeks of age,each individual differences increased chickens,evenness decreased.Light intensity was determined by the type of equipment and feeding level,in a suitable range,chick weight was not affected by light intensity,and illumination device type,by feeding position effect obviously.The middle light intensity was weak,but the chickens a slightly heavier weight,from 7 days of age to the end of the experiment,the middle body weight was always higher than that of the upper layer,but the difference was not significant(P>O.05 ).
