【摘要】 目前,多种疾病的诊断和治疗都依赖于抗体药物,但限于抗体药物的过大的分子量、较差的稳定性且具有免疫原性等缺点,缩小了它在临床上的应用范围。纳米抗体将克服这些不足之处,其分子更小,疗效更好,对更多的疾病都有治疗作用,同时可以显著降低成本。由于纳米抗体的特殊结构,使其不仅在疾病的治疗和诊断中具有很大的价值,在肿瘤的抗体靶向诊断和治疗中也具有具大的发展前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 The disease antibody-based drugs for the research of disease diagnosis and therapy becomes extremely active,but due to the large molecular,complex structure and high price,which has limited the extensive application in market.Nanobody drug might overcome these deficiencies,for it has smaller molecular,better efficacy,has therapeutic effect on more diseases,meanwhile,it also reduce costs.Owing to the special structure of Nanobody drug,it has not only a high value in the disease diagnosis and therapy, but also holds great prospects in the rumors targeting diagnosis and therapy.更多还原
