近红外光谱分析法预测小叶章营养价值的研究

【摘要】 试验旨在探讨近红外光谱分析法应用于预测小叶章营养价值的可行性,利用TQ Analyst分析软件采用偏最小二乘回归(PLS)方法建立小叶章粗蛋白(CP),粗脂肪(EE),中性洗涤纤维(NDF),酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量的定量检测模型。结果表明:粗蛋白的预测相关系数达到0.9523、SD/RMSEP达到3.51;粗脂肪的预测相关系数0.9537、SD/RMSEP达到3.05;中性洗涤纤维的预测相关系数达0.9555、SD/RMSEP达到3.12;酸性洗涤纤维的预测相关系数0.9520、SD/RMSEP达到3.15。结果表明采用近红外光谱法能同时检测小叶章中粗蛋白(CP),粗脂肪(EE),中性洗涤纤维(NDF),酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量,检测误差小、结果准确可靠,与化学分析方法无明显差异且重现性好,可应用于小叶章营养价值的快速定量检测。

【Abstract】 The quantitative detection model of crude protein(CP),ether extract(EE),neutral detergent fiber(NDF) and acid detergent fiber(ADF) contents was established with the partial least-square regression method(PLS) in the TQ Analyst software,to determinate the feasibility of detecting the Nutrition value in Deyeuxia angustifolia by the near infrared spectrometer.The results showed that:the correlation coefficient of Crude protein was 0.9523and the SD/RMSEP ratio reached 3.51;the correlation coefficient of ether extract was 0.9537and the SD/RMSEP ratio reached 3.05;the correlation coefficient of neutral detergent fiber was 0.9555and the SD/RMSEP ratio reached 3.12;the correlation coefficient of acid detergent fiber was 0.9520 and the SD/RMSEP ratio reached 3.15;The results indicated that crude protein(CP),ether extract(EE),neutral detergent fiber(NDF) and acid detergent fiber(ADF) by the near infrared spectrometer method.The results of this method have good reproducibility and no significant difference with the chemical method.The near infrared spectrometer method could be used to quickly and quantificationally detect the Nutrition value in Deyeuxia angustifolia.
