用抗病营养取代母猪产前产后添加抗生素的试验初报

【摘要】 挑选配种日期一致,健康状况良好的母猪共80头,随机分成4组,每组20头。基础日粮相同,于怀孕90日龄起(攻胎)至母猪断奶结束分别添加复方植物提取物、黄芪多糖原粉、黄芪多糖预混剂、抗生素(仅在产前产后7天添加)。结果发现,相对于产前产后添加抗生素而言,复方植物提取物组(抗病营养组)不仅仔猪生产性能有很大提高,如初生均重与断奶均重显著提高(P<0.01),腹泻率减少了12%,断奶成活率有提高但不显著(P>0.5)。而且,母猪生殖健康和母猪繁殖性能也有很大提高,如复方植物提取物组子宫炎发病率降低了20%,乳房炎发病率降低了15%,断奶后7天内发情率提高了20%。
【Abstract】 The 80 eucrasia sows were divided randomly into 4 groups,the 20 sows in every group,at same time of breeding.It added respectively the paints extractive of complex prescription,APS,the premix doess of APS,and antibiotics(only added at before antepartum and after postpartum 7days ) into the diet of every group, beginning at 90 days gestation to the and of weaning.The result showed that to contrast with added antibiotics, not only the plants extractive of complex prescription(anti-disease nutrition group) enhanced the performance trait strongly,such as the weight of new born piglets and after weaning increased significantly,the diarrhea decreased 12%,and the survival rate after weaning raised quietly,but also the generation health and breeding performance of sows increased tremendously,for example the incidence of metritis degraded 20%,mammitis 15%, the empathema rate after weaning 7 days 20%.
