甘薯的氮磷钾养分吸收和分配特性研究

【摘要】 为研究宁紫1号甘薯的氮磷钾养分吸收和分配特性,采用田间试验方法每隔15天取甘薯植株全株样,分茎叶和块根分别分析了氮磷钾含量和吸收的动态变化。结果表明,每生产1000kg鲜薯需要吸收的氮磷钾总量为11.24kg,比例为1:0.69:2.32;不同的生长阶段甘薯的氮磷钾养分累积特征明显不同,氮的吸收主要集中在甘薯生长的中前期,生长后期段由于落叶使吸收量反而下降,磷钾的吸收90%以上发生在甘薯生长的中后期;甘薯茎叶和块根对氮磷钾的吸收总量上比较接近,但茎叶吸收的氮和块根吸收的磷钾偏多,氮磷钾的吸收比例茎叶为1:0.60:2.03,块根为1:0.82:2.69。

【Abstract】 Field experiment was conducted to research on uptake and distribution of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in sweet potato(Ningzi 1).The whole plants were sampled at 15 day intervals,which were separated into leaves and stems,tuberous roots to study dynamic changes of contents and absorption of N,P,K.The results showed that 11.24kg of total nutrients was absorbed by per 1000kg fresh tubers,with a ratio of N,P,K at 1:0.69:2.32.The characteristic accumulation of N,P, K obviously varied in different growth stages.The absorption of nitrogen by sweet-potato mainly occured at the early and middle growth stage,followed by a reduce in late growth period with the result of fallen leaves.However,phosphorus and potassium were absorbed over 90%in the late stage, respectively.A minor difference appeared at total uptake of N,P,K between shoots and tuberous roots. The majority of nitrogen was accumulated by leaves and stems,while tubers absorbed majority of phpsphorus and potassium.And absorbed rate of N,P,K was 1:0.60:2.03 in shoots,with 1:0.82:2.69 in tuberous roots.
