烤烟不同生育阶段的养分吸收规律的研究

【摘要】 该研究设置于贵州省海拔800 m的湄潭县和东海之滨的上海市,在湄潭地区进行不同施肥条件下烤烟的养分吸收规律的田间试验和上海地区的(15NH4)2SO4标记的盆栽试验。试验结果表明:烤烟的养分(N)收获量化肥>化肥+饼肥>饼肥;烤烟根系的养分吸收特点为团棵期>旺长期>现蕾期;茎的养分吸收特点由移栽至团棵期到达高峰后迅速下降;叶的养分吸收特点为伸根期>团棵期>旺长期>现蕾期。肥料氮的进入比例为叶>茎>根,烤烟的氮收获量曲线用分段函数拟合,旺长期前期为指数函数,旺长期后期为对数函数。烤烟团棵期的雨量对烤烟的产量和质量有较大的影响。

【Abstract】 The article reports the results of two experiments studying the nutrient absorption characters of tobacco under different fertilization conditions.The field experiment has been done in Meitan County,a main tobacco planting region of Guizhou Province where the altitude is 800 meter,the pot experiment with 15N labeled(15NH4)2SO4 has also been done in Shanghai. It is found that the nutrient absorption amounts of tobacco in three different fertilizer treatments are of notable diversity with an order of chemical fertilizer treatment>chemical fertilizer plus oil cake fertilizer treatment>oil cake fertilizer treatment.The nutrient absorption amounts in roots at different growth stages follow an order of root extending stage>stem with round leaves stage>vigorous growth stage>floral bud emergence stage.The nutrient absorption amount in stem is increasing gradually from transplanting to stem with round leaves stage and then decreasing rapidly.The absorption amount of 15N is highest in leaves,medium in stem and lowest in roots.The relation between nutrient absorption amount and growth stage is simulated as exponential function before vigorous growth stage and as logarithmic function thereafter.The precipitation rain fall of the stem with round leaves affect output and quality to tobacco.
