外源一氧化氮供体硝普钠对小麦幼苗干旱胁迫诱导蛋白的影响
Effects of exogenous Nitric Oxide donor SNP on drought-induced protein in wheat seedling leaves subjected to drought stress

【摘要】 本文研究外源一氧化氮(NO)供体硝普钠(SNP)对小麦幼苗叶片相对含水量(RWC)、膜脂过氧化、NO水平以及胁迫诱导蛋白的影响。结果表明,0.1mmol/L SNP处理可提高干旱胁迫下小麦幼苗叶片NO含量,显著降低膜脂过氧化,延缓植株水分丧失;可诱导干旱胁迫蛋白的数量增加(如分子量26kD、31kD和37kD等),还可提前蛋白诱导过程,如26 kD蛋白在胁迫1h就急剧增加,在48h时其蛋白含量达到最高。
【Abstract】 Effects of nitric oxide(NO) donor sodium nitroprusside(SNP) on RWC,membrane lipid preoxidation,NO content and drought-induced protein in wheat seedling leaves subjected to drought stress were investigated through different treatments.The results indicated that the 0.1mmol/L SNP treatment could apparently enhance the NO content,alleviate the drought-induced membrane lipid peroxidation and plant water loss.PEG+SNP treatment increase in the number of drought-induced protein(such as molecular weight 26kD,31kD and 37kD,etc.),but also advance the process of protein induction,such as the 26 kD protein in 1 h on stress increased dramatically in 48 h,the protein content the highest.
