【摘要】 本文利用自制的双陷阱嗅觉测定仪,测定了椰心叶甲对不同发育状态的椰树叶片的趋性行为。结果表明,不同发育状态的椰树叶片对椰心叶甲成虫均具有引诱活性。椰树心叶对椰心叶甲成虫的引诱率在68%以上,明显高于半展叶和老叶,差异达极显著水平(P<0.01)。半展叶与对照间的差异达显著水平(P<0.05),而老叶对椰心叶甲的引诱率与对照间差异不显著。此外,不同发育状态椰树叶片之间对椰心叶甲的引诱活性也有差异,椰树心叶对椰心叶甲的引诱活性要高于半展叶和老叶。更多还原

【Abstract】 The responses and behaviors of Brontispa longissima(Gestro) of the coconut leaves in different states was studied by the double pit fall olfactometer set-up.The results showed that the coconut leaves in different states had large attraction to B.longissima adults.The attractive rate of the spear leaves was more than 68%,significantly higher than the semi-spread leaves and matured leaves(P<0.01).The semi-spread leaves’ attraction had differences(P<0.05) to the check,however,the matured leaves had no significant differences(P>0.05).In addition,the attractions of the coconut leaves in different states were difference,the spear leaves’ was higher than the others.更多还原
