紫茎泽兰化感物质对入侵地土壤有机磷细菌的效应

【摘要】 外来入侵植物与入侵地土壤微生物的相互作用关系被认为是外来植物入侵的一种新机制。外来植物的入侵可以引起土壤微生物群落及土壤生态的改变,而这种改变可能有利于外来植物自身生长及其与当地植物的竞争。已有研究表明紫茎泽兰重度入侵地区根际土壤的有效磷含量和土壤解磷菌的活性显著高于轻度入侵地区与未入侵地区。而且,紫茎泽兰被证实其根际存在对本地植物明显不利的化感作用。是否紫茎泽兰的化感物质具有"双面性",即不利于本地植物生长,却促进土壤解磷菌的活性以增加其根际有效磷含量,这有待于进一步证实。本文采用生长曲线法,室内检测了紫茎泽兰根际土壤甲醇提取物和紫茎泽兰根系分泌化感物质羟基泽兰酮及泽兰二酮对本地土壤有机磷细菌生长的作用。结果表明,分别在5 ppm,10 ppm,50 ppm的处理浓度下,上述三类物质对入侵地土壤有机磷细菌的生长有不同程度的促进作用,表现在有机磷细菌生长曲线在对数期和稳定期均高于对照,其中羟基泽兰酮影响最大。分析认为,可能是紫茎泽兰的化感物质刺激了有机磷细菌的应激反应,进而提前增殖,也可能是这些化感物质为有机磷细菌提供了碳源,促进其生长繁殖。

【Abstract】 The interaction relations between invasive plants and edaphon in desitination are considered as a new machanism of invasion of introduced plants.The invasion of external plants could change the community of the edaphon and the ecology of the soil,which may be propitious to the growth of adventitious plants themselves and the competition with local plants.It has been proved that both the contents of available phosphorus in the Rhizosphere soil and the activity of the phosphate-solubilizing bacteria in the Eupatorium adenophorum severe invasion zone are significatly higher than the mild invasion and none-invasion area.It has also been proved that the allelopathy is harmful to the lacal plants in the rhizosphere of Eupatorium adenophorum.Whether the allelochemicals in Eupatorium adenophorum have "two-sided effect" which is not only against the growth of local plants but also promote the activity of the phosphate-solubilizing bacteria to increase the effective phosphorus content in the rhizosphere of Eupatorium adenophorum need to be further confirmed.By using the mothod of growth curve,this article focus on the effects of the methanol extracts in the rhizosphere soil, allelochemicals secreted by root system-hydroxy-eupatorium ketone and eupatorium diketone on organophosphorus bacteria in the local soil.The results show that these three materials variously promote the growth of the organophosphorus bacteria in the target soil with different concentration-5ppm,10ppm and 50ppm.The growing curve indicates that the logarithm and staionary phase of the organophosphorus bacteria are higher than the contralled group,of which hydroxy-eupatorium ketone influnce is the most.We think that allelochemicals in Eupatorium adenophorum may stimulate the stress reaction of the organophosphorus bacterias so that they can multiply in advance or these allelochemicals may give carbon source to the organophosphorus bacterias and promote their growth and multiplication.
