中生菌素对水稻白叶枯病防治机制的初步研究

【摘要】 研究了对白叶枯病抗性不同水稻品种用中生菌素浸种和秧田处理后,于成株期接种白叶枯病菌,叶片中过氧化物酶、苯丙氨酸解氨酶和多酚氧化酶3种重要防御酶活性的变化情况及防效的关系。结果表明,中生菌素前期处理,于成株期接种白叶枯病菌,能诱激高抗、中等抗性和感病品种3种酶活性不同程度的提高,且以中等抗性品种诱激提高最多,防治效果也最好。说明中生菌素对水稻防御酶活性的诱激作用是其防治白叶枯病的机制之一。

【Abstract】 The relation of control effect and the activity of peroxidase(PO),phenylalanine ammonia-lyase(PAL) and polyphenoloxidase(PPO) in leaf of rice were studied, which the rice was inoculated by Xanthomonas oryzae pv.oryzae(Xoo) in grown period and the rice was treated in seed soaking and seedling spraying by Zhongshengmycin.The results showed that the activity of the three enzymes of rice increased in different degree after inoculating by the pathogen,which the rice was sensitive to,middle resistant to and high resistant to Xoo.It was significant that the activity of three enzymes of middle resistant rice increased mostly,and the control effect of Zhongshengmycin on the rice was best.It implied that the increase of the activity of defensive enzymes of rice is one aspects of the control mechanism of Zhongshengmycin to rice bacterial leaf blight.
