【Abstract】 Pharmacologic action of Paecilomyces tenuipes was studied.The result showed that the strain no.72 of P.tenuipes has significant actions of sedation and analgesia.The no.72 enhanced the action of induced sleep and prolonged sleep by sodium pentobarbital and chloral hydrate and reduced the toxicity of carbon tetrachloride（CC1₄） to liver.更多还原
