【摘要】 <正>汤氏多毛菌Hirsutella thompsonii是一种寄生性比较广泛的真菌,在我国自然条件下该菌能够形成菌落,自然感染能减轻害螨造成的为害。美国于60年代末就开始该菌的人工分离,培养及使用湿菌丝体防治桔锈螨Phyllocoptes oleivora工作,到70年代末已制成菌粉。此外,苏里南、哥伦比亚、英国等,除防治柑桔害螨以外,还用来防治草皮、椰子和温室作物的其他害虫。70年代初,国内浙江省科学院柑桔研究所首先在桔锈螨虫体上分离到该菌,进而研究人更多还原
