布氏白僵菌大量生产工艺研究

【摘要】 本文研究了浓培养基发酵培养布氏白僵菌新工艺,通过其较好的粘附性,吸附于透气性良好的载体上,在温度24℃~28℃范围内达到开放培养直接快速产孢。本工艺液体发酵培养时间35~40h,载体产孢时间7~8d,一次性完成营养生长和产孢,比常规双相培养法缩短1/2生产周期。利用发酵液的菌体优势,载体可不经任何消毒处理,培养成功率几乎为100%。培养要求简单,比常规生产法省时、省工、节能,同时比常规生产的原菌粉生产含孢量提高50%。
【Abstract】 A new procedure for culturing B.brongniartii with thick broth was studied,The broth with good adhesion and stick on carrier could rapidly produced conidia in temperature of 24~28℃Production process requied 10 days,which including producing hyphal bodies in broth by 30~40 hrs and conidia formation on carriers by 7~8 days,It only required half of cultural period camparing with routing method(diphase cultural method) becarse of nutritional accumulation of the mycelia in the fermentation broth.B.brongniartii can be cultured to produce spores on carriers without stirilization and eliminated the infection of orther microbes effectively, The process is simple and saved lots of materials,energy as well as labours.The spore contents produced by the new procedure was one and a half times high than that of the routine method.
