【摘要】 通过白僵菌分生孢子粉喷粉及口服处理400只大鼠及600只小鼠,时间长达1～1.5年,观察动物血常规、肾功、肝功等各项生化和病理指标,结果表明口服白僵菌分生孢子对动物无影响。长期吸入100mg/m~3浓度的分生孢子对动物有一定影响,主要是对肺脏可引起慢性炎症,但孢子不能吸收分布全身引起其它部位(如骨髓、肝、肾和生殖系统等)病变,各项生化指标与对照无显著差异。经解剖大量的动物中,未观察到白僵菌有致癌变和致畸胎的现象,也未观察到对眼粘膜和皮肤有刺激现象。更多还原

【Abstract】 Oral and inhaletant treaments with Beauveria bassiana spores to mice and rats(total 800 animals) to observation animals performence as long as 1-1.5 years were conducted.Through immunological,biochmical and pathological examination and dissection of handred of animals for observation of inner organs such as marrows,liver,kidneys and reproduction system, There was no any abnormals and disorders.Neither taratogenesis and carcinogenesis were observed.The skin and mucous of the eye were no irritation ocurred. The bservation indicated that spores of B.bassiana caused animals weakly allergic reaction and lead to pneumonia when inhaleted high concentretion at the rate of 100 mg/m~3 for long time.The spore was not transplanted to other ogan tissues from blood due to the spore could be filted by long membrane.The pneumonia can recovered after leave the spores soon. Results of this studies indicated that B.bassiana was relatively nontoxic or noninfectious to vertebrates.更多还原
