白僵菌对星天牛毒杀效果及施用方法研究

【摘要】 本文报道了天然感染白僵菌的星天牛僵虫,采集菌种分离,纯化,并鉴定为球孢白僵菌(Beauveria bassiana);室内利用该菌对星天牛幼虫进行不同温度条件下的毒杀试验,毒杀力平均达98.5%,且温度只影响白僵菌的致死速度,而不影响它的侵染效果。林间采用5种不同施菌方法进行对比试验,结果以白僵菌粘膏涂孔法效果最佳,致死星天牛达77.8%,粘膏的主要添加剂废糖蜜,不仅给白僵菌的生长提供养分,还引诱许多蚂蚁取食星天牛幼虫,防治株平均聚蚁率为71.7%,起到双重防治作用。南方地区以春季施菌效果最佳。
【Abstract】 This paper deals with using technology and infecting potential determination of Beauveria bassiana in domestic.It was at first in 1992 that some larva white muscardine of Anoplophora chinensis(Forester) was naturally infected,and The pathogen was isolated and identified,that as Beauveria bassiana.The result of laboratory infecting potential tests showed.Anoplophora chinensis larvas was infected in different temperature conditions,and the average death rate was 98.5%,so the temperature can influence only the infection speed, but can not influence the infection effect.The field control experiment using five different methods of application showed that the best method is smearing the paste on the excretion holes of Anoplophora chinensis infecting casuarina,and the mortality is 77.8%,when the living spores of Beauveria bassiana were mixed with waste molasses from the sugarcane mills,it is a paste preparation.The waste molasses not only supplied the spores nutrient,but also seduced lots of ants to destory the larvas of Anoplophora chiensis,and the averagc rate was 71.7%,so the paste has double controlling effact.It has the best effection of applying Beauveria bassiana in spring in south area.
