【摘要】 本文对不同来源和相同来源的30株白僵菌,进行了菌落形态、生长速率和产孢量等培养性状的测定,并与已知的酯酶图谱类型作了对照分析。结果表明菌株间的培养性状具有显著差异,且相同来源或同一酯酶型间也不尽一致。菌落形态、生长速率、产孢量、酯酶型等特征之间不存在相互对应关系,也无数量上的相关性。因此,菌株的培养性状不能代替酯酶特征,用于菌株的鉴别。只有特定培养条件下的菌落形态特征,在菌株分型中具有一定的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Comparison of cultural cretaria such as colony morphology,growth rate and sporulation with the esterase types among 30 isolates of Beauveria bassiana was conducted.The results showed there were significantly diferent of cultural cretaria between the isolates even from same place and host speciesor the same esterase type.There were no relationships between each cultural cretaria and esterase type.更多还原
