白僵菌孢子粉萌发率及含水量的测定
COMPARISION OF THE METHODS FOR TESTING GERMINATION RATES AND WATER CONTENT OF BEAUVERIA CONIDIAL POWDER

【摘要】 本文比较了8种不同测定孢子粉中孢子萌发率的方法,不同方法获得的结果有差异,其中以昆虫体壁萌发和喷粉于SDAY培养基平板萌发的方法,测定结果最高。从操作简便、测定精确度高角度考虑,SDAY平板萌发宜作为标准的测定方法。以国家标准GB1600-79共沸蒸馏法测定样品含水量比通常采用的烘干失重法测定的结果精确度高。
【Abstract】 In the present paper,8 methods for testing conidial germination rates were studied and the proper method was determined.SDAY plate was selected to evaluate germination rates of conidia on it,the procedure including spraying the conidial powder on the plate and then inclubating 25±1℃for 24 hours.National standard GB 1600—79,a method of distillation with benzene or methneyl-benzene for about 30 minutes was selected for testing the water content of conidial powder.
