球孢白僵菌在液体培养中的发育研究

【摘要】 在液体培养基中球孢白僵菌的生长发育可划分为六个阶段。其分生孢子在四种培养基中都能萌发、生长并产生芽生孢子,在PG培养基中芽生孢子产量分别是在YPG和P培养基中的1.47和1.29倍;在G培养基中芽生孢子很少,主要以微循环生殖方式在生长发育的Ⅲ、Ⅳ阶段的芽管上直接形成液生分生孢子,这是球孢白僵菌在营养不良时的一种适应。生物产量则以YPG培养基最高。

【Abstract】 Growth and development of B.bassiana were studies in four liquid media such as peptone, peptone-glocuse,glocuse,and glocuse-peptone-yeast extract.Six developmental stages were defined.The conidia of B.bassiana produced germ tubes and blastospores in time of 6 and 18hours respectively.In peptone-glucose,the yeild of blastospore was as 1.47 and 1.29 times compared with in peptone-glucose-yeast extract and in peptone respectively.In glucose, blastospores were formed much less than in above media,while conidia were produced chiefly from the germ tudes inⅢandⅣstages with microcycle conidiation in glocuse rich media.It is a adaptation for B.bassiana to overcome the nutrient insufficiency.However, biomass production was highest in peptone-glucose-yeast extract.
