【摘要】 本研究测定了来源不同的12株球孢白僵菌(Beauveria bassiana)对马尾松毛虫(Dendrolimus punctatus)3～4龄幼虫的毒力及其中的8株对淡色库蚊(Culex pipiens pallens)幼虫的毒力,以研究球孢白僵菌的寄主专化性。实验结果表明:白僵菌菌株存在较明显的寄主专化性。分离自马尾松毛虫的菌株毒力较高(少数菌株可能由于菌种退化而偏低),而分离自其它寄主昆虫的菌株对马尾松毛虫的毒力较分离自马尾松毛虫的菌株毒力弱;同时,球孢白僵菌对马尾松毛虫的毒力与对淡色库蚊的毒力之间不存在相关性,其对淡色库蚊的毒力作用中毒素的毒杀作用与真菌的侵染作用相比占较大比例,它们所造成的死亡率和侵染率间存在负相关性,不能用对淡色库蚊的毒力测定来代替对马尾松毛虫的毒力测定表达白僵菌对马尾松毛虫的毒力水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 The present study deals with the virulence of the 12 strains to the larvae of the Masson’s pine caterpillar Dendrolimus punctatus and that of 8 strains among them to the larvae of moisquito Culex pipiens pallens.The bioassay results indicated that there was host specificity in virulence of B.bassiana strains to insects,Strains isolated from D.punctatus were highly virulent to the caterpillars,but those isolated from other hosts showed lower virulent to the target.There was no correlationship between virulence to the caterpillars and that to the moisquitoes.The mortality caused by mycotoxins took a great role in the virulence of B.bassiana to the mosquitoes.The motality of the moisquitoes caused by fungi was not correlated to the infection rate.更多还原
