【摘要】 本文详细研究了块状耳霉突变株Ct107代谢产物形成的营养条件。碳氮比（C/N）为15/1及色氨酸作为营养氮源时有利于代谢产物的产生。NH₄NO₃也可以作为该菌株发酵生产的最适氮源。元素磷刺激产物的形成,而基质中镁、钾或硫是非必需的。Fe²⁺对产物形成具有一定的抑制作用。基质中适量添加肌醇或P-氨基苯酸有利于产物形成。更多还原

【Abstract】 The nutritional conditions for the synthesis of metabolites by Conidiobolus thromboides mutant strain Et107 were studied.The optimum C/N ratio and nitrogen source for the production of metabolites were 15/1 and Try.respectively.Phosphorus stimulated the formation of metabolites,while Mg,K and S inhibited it.The Fe²⁺ prohibited the synthesis of metabolites. Adding inositol and P-aminobenzoic acid to the medium was advantageous to the metabolite accumulation.更多还原
