虫瘴霉属一新种的分离鉴定及培养

【摘要】 <正>1990年8月在济南市郊观察到蠼螋的虫霉流行病经分离、鉴定,确认该菌为虫疫霉属新种,命名为山东虫瘴霉。并初步做了人工培养的研究。材料方法
【Abstract】 A new species of the genus Furia was isolated from cadavers of a earwig species.The primary conidia are 16.8—22.8×9.6—12.0μm(L/D = 1.6—2.3).It can be cultivated on coagguated egg yolk medium and PDA and can conidiate and form resting spores on the media.
