【摘要】 <正>虫生真菌干菌丝生产技术的问世为真菌杀虫剂的应用带来新的希望。但迄今仍有一些重要问题有待解决:干菌丝的贮藏寿命仍然较短,根虫瘟霉(Zoophthora radicans)和新蚜虫疠霉(Pandora neoaphidis)在4℃下贮藏1—2个月后丧失活力50—90%以上(见前二文),而-20℃下贮藏活力又迅速丧失殆尽;干菌丝块的破碎技术尚待解决,粉碎对

【Abstract】 Five fungicides,Dithane 945(Mancozeb),Nimrod-T(bupirimate and triforine),Tumble Blite(Propiconazole),Sporgon 50WP(Prochloraz), Storite Flowable(thiabendazole),as well as Triton X-100,were mixed into 100%maltose solution to treat fungal mats of Z.radicans in 3 different concentrations,respectively.Meanwhile,Radspor FL(dodine),another fungicide,was mixed into maltose,glucose,and sucrose solutions to treat the mats of Z.radicans and into glucose to treat those of pandora neoaphidis. The results with Z.rad icons showed that all concentrations of Tumble Blite and Triton X-100 inhibited sporulation significantly,while high and mild concentrations of Dithane 945,Storite Flowable,and Radspor FL inhibited sporulation,low concentration Radspor FL promoted sporulation significantly.While mild concentration Nimrod-T promoted sporulation,low and high ones,especially low one,obviously reduced sporulation.Among the concentrations of the 3 sugars combined with low concentration Radspor FL,glucose combination resulted in the highest sporulation.ollowed by maltose combination,However,maltose combination promoted sporulation the most obviously in comparison with their respective controls.After stored for 32 days,the various promotion disappeared except that the mats treated with maltose-storite flowable lost their viability significantly less than the control. The fungal mats of P.neoaphidis treated with glucose-Radspor FL, which promoted sporulation of Z.radicans most significantly,reduced the viability of the mycelia by 52.6%as compared to the control treated with glucose only,suggesting that p.neoaphidis was very susceptive to fungicides, as reported by some authors.
