虫生真菌干菌丝生产的研究 Ⅱ.干燥、粉碎和贮藏对根虫瘟霉干菌丝活力的影响

【摘要】 <正>在虫霉菌干菌丝生产的研究中,我们发现不仅不同种类需要不同的枯存程序,甚至同一种类的不同株系也需要不同的保护剂处理及预干温度。McCabe和Soper研究出的枯存程序建立在温带昆虫(云杉芽卷叶蛾)分离的根虫瘟霉(Zoophthora radicabs)株系上,采用4℃低温预干对保持菌丝活力较有利;就保护剂来看,以麦芽糖效果最好。然而,我们
【Abstract】 Fermenter culture of a Zoophthora radicans strain isolated from tropical area was vacuum harvested and fungal mats were made for testing the impact of protectants,drying procedure,grinding and storage.Fungal mats sprayed intensively with 10%maltose sporulated significantly more than those sprayed extensively and those sprayed with no protectant. Among those sprayed intensively,the mats predried at room temperature for 24 hrs sporulated significantly more than at 4℃,The mats made half sterily sporulated significantly more than those made not sterily.The mats treated with 10%glucose sporulated slightly more than those with maltose but their viability declined more rapidly,by 58.7%after 32 days, and by 96.3%after 95 days.Sucrose resulted in the least sporulation and the most rapid viability decline.After 3 months,all mats of various treatments almost completely lost their viability.Grinding,even at the lowest speed,damaged mycelia by 61.7—99.8%and storage at -20℃for only 6 days reduced the viability by 59.798.2%,
