湘南砷毒区土壤环境中的砷及其对食物链的影响

【摘要】 湘南砷毒区的调查表明,土壤含砷量高达80~5000ppm,不同土地类型的含砷量存在明显的差异。在湿润气候条件下,土壤系统中的砷并不容易发生垂直淋溶和水平迁移;砷的来源与分布主要是由成土母质决定的。该地区的植物、粮食和地表水含砷背景值都很高,大多数样品都达到或超过了对人畜有害的含量水平。水稻籽粒和红薯块根的含砷量超过食品卫生标准时的土壤含砷量临界值分别为202ppm和350ppm。

【Abstract】 Field investigation of arsenic-toxic soils in south Hunan Province showed that arsenical content in parent materials was an important factor determining the content and distribution of arsenic in soils.The mobility and leachability of arsenic in soil genetic process are very low, so the element distributes without obvious trends in soil profile and in lateral direction. The backgrouud levels of arsenic in soils,plants and surface water in the arsenic-toxic area of south Hunan Province are very high, and many of food and surface water sample from the area have higher arsenical concentrations than their critical values,0.7ppm As for raw food and 0.05ppm As for drinking water and irrigation water,for human health given by the Chinese government.The critical values of arsenical contents for soils grown paddy rice(Oryza sativu) and sweet potato(I pomoea batatas) are 202 and 350ppm respectively.
