不同菌株白僵菌菌丝蛋白图谱的差异及其与毒力的关系研究

【Abstract】 Soluble mycelial proteins from 24 isolates of Beauveria bassiana,1 isolates of B.brongniartii and 2 isolates of Paecilomyces sp.were analysed by using SDS-polyacrylamide gel eletrophoresis.The results showed that both the species and the isolates of B.bassiana were distingushable according to their protein profiles.In terms of the homology in protein profiles,the isolates of B.bassiana could be divided into at least 10 groups which differed in presence or absence of one or more protein bands.The results of bioassay of the virulence of some isolates to pine caterpillars, Dendrilimus punctatus,and mountain pine beetles Dendroctonus ponderosae did not reveale any relationship between protein profiles and the virulence of isolates.However,it was found that an isolate tended to be more virulent when it was used to infect the same species as its original host.
