气候因子对澳洲瓢虫存活、生殖影响的研究
The Effects of Climatic Factors on survival and Propagation of Vedalia(Rodolia cardinalis)

【摘要】 不同湿度对澳洲瓢虫成虫寿命、产卵量和卵的孵化影响很大。高湿(相对湿度85%左右)成虫寿命短,产卵量显著减少,相对湿度73%以上,卵的孵化率在50%以下,孵化的适宜相对湿度为60%左右。澳洲瓢虫喜阴暗环境。耐低温能力强,冬季无真正的休眠期。冬季低温保种的存活率,4.5~5℃时为1.5~5.8%;1~1.5℃时达7.1%。
【Abstract】 Humidity had great effect on the egg hatch of vedalia.The optimum RH for egg to hatch was 60%,and at more than 73%RH the hatch rate decreased below 50%.Rainful and humidity influenced the egg depositing and the life span of the adult,At high humidity of 85-86%the adult existed only 9 days which were 11-13 days shorter than at 80% RH.Under the conditions of heavy rainful and high humidity the egg deposition decreased markedly.Vedalia beetle favoured dark environment and the adult existed 1.5 days more at dark than at light.The beetle had a tolerence to low temperature.In January and February when the average daily temperatures were above 7.8-11.9℃the adult began to feed and deposit.From late February to late March they reproduced massly.All stages of vedalia except egg could live through the winter under house condition,and the overwintering survival rate for old larva,adult and pupa was 3.8%,2.9%and 0.2%respectively.In middle January when temperature decreased to 7.8℃,it pupated,emerged,deposited and developed regularly so it has no real dormant period.The existence rates of low temperature reserve were:1.5-5.8%at 4.5-5℃,7.1%at 1-1.5℃.
