医疗机构药品差价率变化对医院经济运行和医药费用的影响研究

【摘要】 2000年,国家改革了医疗机构药品加成政策,此后几年这项政策不断调整。针对药品差价政策的变化,很多医疗机构采取了应对措施,对医疗机构行为和医药费用都带来了影响。因此,有必要对该项政策及所带来的影响进行认真研究,提出完善药品加成政策意见和建议,建立科学、有效、公平的医疗补偿机制,正确引导医院的经营行为,促使医院实施有效的管理,建立自我监督、自我约束的经营机制真正体现我国卫生工作方针,促进人民健康水平的提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 In 2000, our country reformed the drugs addition policy in medical institutions, and the policy was continuously adjusted in recent yeas. Many medical institutions took some measures to cope with changes of the policy, which effected medical institutions’ behaviors and medical expenses. Therefore, we need study on the policy and its influences, take some suggestions on improving the policy, construct a scientific, effective and fair medical compensation mechanism to guide the hospitals’ behaviors, set up a management mechanism of self-supervising and self-control to embody our country health principle and improve the level of people’s health.更多还原
