卡拉胶纤维的阻燃性能研究

【摘要】 卡拉胶纤维有优良的阻燃性,离开火焰基本不燃烧。本文采用DSC、LOI、锥形量热等方法测试卡拉胶的阻燃性能,并用电镜扫描燃烧灰分。研究表明:卡拉胶粉末本身具有一定的阻燃性,纺成丝之后阻燃性提高,发烟量也大大降低,且用碱作溶剂的纤维阻燃性更好,可能是凝固浴和溶剂中的金属离子起到了阻燃抑烟作用。
【Abstract】 Carrageenan fiber has excellent flame retardancy, it basically does not burn after leaving the flame. DSC, LOI, CONE were used to study the flame retardancy of the carrageenan fiber and SEM was used to scan the ash after burning in this paper. The result shows that both the carrageenan powder and the carrageenan fiber have flame retardancy. The flame retardancy of the carrageenan fiber is better than that of the carrageenan, and the amount of smoke was reduced. Further more, the flame retardancy of the fiber dissolved in alkaline solution is better than that of the fiber dissolved in water. This can be contributed to the metal ions in the coagulation bath and in the solvent.
