【Abstract】 different synthesis of bis 4-carboxyphenyl phenyl phosphine oxide (BCPPO) were reviwed And compared in detail . The application of BCPPO in polymer industry wrer intruded comprehensisvely in This paper.The different synthesis of reactive flame retardants bis( 4-carboxyphenyl)phenylphosphine oxide (BCPPO)were reviewed And compared in detail.. Wich was a novel phosphorous flame retardant,It was first prepared in 1990s ,at present ,was still at the stage of experimentation .The application of BCPPO in polymer Material(PET,PA66 ,PEKK) wrer intruded in brief..
