含磷酰杂菲均聚酯的聚集态和有机溶解性

【摘要】 6-氧化-6-氢-二苯基-(c,e)[1,2]-氧杂磷酰基-1,4-二羟基苯(ODOPB)与α-ω-二-(对甲酰氯基苯氧基)烷烃化合物通过溶液聚合合成含磷酰杂菲基团的均聚酯。对含有磷酰杂菲基团的均聚酯和不含有磷酰杂菲基团的均聚酯进行对比研究表明,由于磷酰杂菲基团的极性增加了分子间相互作用,因而对苯酯苯型均聚酯的液晶态具有破坏作用,即引入磷酰杂菲的苯酯苯型均聚酯不具有液晶性质而易于呈现无定形态,但含有短链柔性链段的均聚酯具有结晶性;同样由于磷酰杂菲的极性,使引入磷酰杂菲的均聚酯有机溶解性明显改善,易溶于四氢呋喃、DMF、DMSO、二氧六环、氯苯和邻二氯苯;含磷酰杂菲的均聚酯的热分解温度高于300oC,550oC残碳含量增加约100%。

【Abstract】 The phosphorus-containing homopolyesters derived from 2-(6-oxide-6H-dibenz<c,e><1,2>oxaphos-phorin-6-yl)-dihydroxyphenylene and α - ω di(p-benzoyl-chloride-yl-oxyl)-alkane have been synthesized by solution polycondensation. The structures and properties such as crystalline properties, thermal behavior and organic solubility were investigated by DSC, GPC, TGA,POM and WXRD. For its polarity, the phosphaphenathrene group introduced into the benzene ring of benzene-ester-benzene style thermal liquid crystal homopolyesters destroy the molecular arrangement, namely, the homopolyesters containing phosphaphenathrene group have not thermal liquid crystal property. But the homopolyesters containing short flexible chains exhibit obvious semicrystal property. The homopolyesters with phosphaphenathrene groups obtain polarity and show obviously improved organic solubility in THF, DMF, DMSO, dioxane, o-dichlorobenzene, chlorobenzene. Their decomposing temperature is above 300 oC and the char yield in 550oC increase about 100% than that of the homopolyester without phosphaphenathrene groups.
