【摘要】 通过对国内外对化合物9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10磷杂菲-10氧化物的合成方法进行研究对比,提出了采用9小时180℃反应一步法合成6-氯-6氢-二苯并[c,e][1,2]-氧杂膦(CDOP);在过量水存在的条件下,在1小时内将CDOP水解成为DOPO和HPPA(2-羟基联苯基-2-次磷酸)的混合物;通过有机溶剂提纯的方法对产物进行提纯,避免使用高真空;在125℃下进行脱水反应,使产物在脱水过程中不致分解。以上述工艺条件为基础,进行了工业化研究,着重解决了工业化过程中更多还原

【Abstract】 During synthesize of 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide,taking one step method in preparing CDOP in 8 hours, reduce the time of reaction and simplify the process of reaction; synthesize 6-chloro-6H-dibenzo[c,e][1,2]oxaphosphinine(CDOP) in 180℃,reducing the vice reaction; CDOP hydrolyze rapidly and fully in excessive water; refine the production through organic solvent, avoiding using the high vacuum; dehydrate in 120～125℃,keeping the production from decomposing.更多还原
