【摘要】 海岛是海陆的岛桥,海洋开发的基地,是海洋开发的前沿和海洋旅游开发的重要组成部分。海岛,因其给旅游者的远离城市喧嚣和彻底回归自然的心理感受而倍受青睐,已成为世界的旅游热点地区。目前我国正兴起海岛旅游开发热潮,但我国与之相关研究缺乏系统的理论和实践的指导。大连长山群岛是东北地区唯一群岛,素有"天然鱼仓"和"海洋牧场"之美誉,还拥有宜人的气候,碧透的海水,迷人的海滩,独特的海岛景观,多样的海蚀地貌等世界一流的海岛旅游资源。基于大连长山群岛国际旅游度假区规划的实践经验,提出海岛旅游度假区规划的理念创新、体制创新、任务创新以及模式创新。更多还原

【Abstract】 The island is the bridge between sea and land,the base of marine development,the frontier of marine development and the important component of marine tourism development.The island is popular with tourists,because of bringingtourists far from urban noise and psychological feeling thoroughly returning to nature,has become the tourism hotspots in the world.Currently,the island tourism development upsurge is rising in China,but the relevant research lacks systematic theory and practical guidance.Changshan Islands of Dalian are the unique islands in northeast area,known as "Natural Fish Storehouse" and "Marine Ranch",also have the world-class island tourism resource including pleasant climate,turquoise seawater,palm-fringed beache,unique island landscape,multiple marine-abrasion topography,etc.Based on the practical experience of Changshan Islands of Dalian international tourism resort planning,puts forward the concept innovation,system innovation,task innovation and model innovation of island tourism resort planning.更多还原
