基于模糊故障树的塞拉门系统可靠性分析

【摘要】 从地铁塞拉门基本部件的失效模式出发,运用故障树分析理论,建立了以车门不能正常打开为顶事件的故障树模型,并收集了相关部件的故障发生概率。针对系统中部件故障发生概率不确定等因素,运用模糊数学理论构建概率模糊数,并采用重要度分析算法对故障树进行定量分析,得到车门的可靠性指标——单元重要度、车门故障概率区间。研究结果表明:EDCU、行程开关、螺母组件、锁闭机构等为影响车门可靠性的薄弱环节,从而为提高地铁车门的可靠运行提供数据分析基础。
【Abstract】 The fault tree of the sliding plug door of the subway vehicle was developed with the given undesired event based on the fundamental component failure mode analysis and the theory of FTA(fault tree analysis).Firstly,the failure data of most basic events was collected.Secondly,the probability fuzzy numbers were generated for each bottom event based on fuzzy mathematical theory,as it was difficult to gather exact failure data for the components under uncertain situations.Finally,an algorithm to determine the importance degree of the bottom events was presented to find the critical components in the system.The results show that the EDCU,position-limiting switches,nuts assembly and the locking mechanism are important factors affecting the door reliability,which provides the basis of data analysis for improving reliability of the subway door operation.
