非线性飞控系统鲁棒故障诊断
Robust fault diagnosis in nonlinear flight control system

【摘要】 本文针对仿射非线性飞控系统的执行器故障,提出了一种基于非线性观测器的鲁棒故障诊断方案。利用微分几何方法,首先对仿射非线性飞控系统在状态和输出空间进行变换,找到各个输入通道的相应的不可观分布,然后设计鲁棒观测器,实现残差与结构性干扰解耦,最终可以识别出不同输入通道发生的执行器故障,包括卡死、损伤、松浮、饱和,并进行故障隔离。
【Abstract】 In this paper,a robust fault diagnosis approach based on nonlinear observer is presented for actuator fault in affine nonlinear flight control systems.Firstly,by using a differential-geometric approach,affine nonlinear flight control systems can be transformed in state and output space,where the corresponding unobserverability distribution to each input channel can be found.Then by designing robust observer,we can realize that the residuals are decoupled from structural uncertainty.Finally, simulation results show that actuator faults in different input channels including lock in-place fault,float fault,hard-over fault,loss of effectiveness fault can be detected and isolated effectively.
