基于模糊理论的故障诊断方法研究

【摘要】 故障诊断一直是工业领域研究的热点,探讨有效的故障诊断方法有着实际意义.针对故障发生概率具有不确定性和模糊性的特点,本文将故障树和模糊集合理论相结合,进行模糊聚合和去模糊化处理并将此方法应用于风机故障诊断中,研究证明是可行和有效的,且可推广应用于其他旋转机械的故障诊断.
【Abstract】 Fault diagnosis have been the research hotspot in the industry field.It has a practical significance to discuss the effective fault diagnosis methods.Aiming at the fuzzy and random features of the occurrence probabilities,this paper presents a hybrid method that combines the fault tree with fuzzy set theory.In this approach,fuzzy aggregation and defuzzification are adopted and this method is used in ventilator fault diagnosis.The research shows that this method is feasible and effective and can be applied to the other rotating machinery fault diagnosis.
