【摘要】 奥尼尔的剧作《榆树下的欲望》被改编成曲剧《榆树孤宅》在戏曲舞台上广泛传播。此剧之所以被改编成中国地方戏与其剧中所表现的"欲望"主题是密切相关的。对物质和情感的占有欲望是人类的一种共性,这种共性成为曲剧改编的基础,但是中西对待"欲望",尤其是对待因疯狂的情欲而导致的乱伦观念的不同,又使得曲剧《榆树孤宅》不得不对原剧的一些内容进行改变以符合中国人的伦理道德观。更多还原

【Abstract】 Desire Under the Elms written by Eugene O’Neill,is adapted into Chinese Qu opera because this play Desire under the Elms,written by Eugene O’Neill,is adapted into Chinese Qu Opera because this play reveals a universal theme - how human beings desire for material things and love of opposite sex and how they are destroyed by the strong and extreme desire.No matter westerners or Chinese,they all have desires for different things,but the different ethic makes them have different attitude towards desire which greatly influences the adaptation of this play into Qu Opera.更多还原
