【摘要】 政府办公类建筑属于公共建筑的一种,加强政府机关办公建筑的运行管理和节能改造可以推动目前建筑节能工作的顺利开展,并起到良好的示范作用。以重庆市40栋政府办公建筑为对象,利用数理统计方法研究了该类建筑能耗的影响因素,分析出能源使用种类、建筑年代、建筑朝向、建筑层高、围护结构、空调形式等对该类建筑能耗的影响,并提出了相应的节能措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 The government building belongs to public building.Enhancing the manage and reformation of such kind buildings can push the work of building energy saving.Taking Chongqing’s 40 government office building as object,based on mathematical statistics,studies their basic condition in respect of building energy consumption,analyses the energy consumption of such building and put forward the improvement measure to save building energy.更多还原
