白皮松的保育遗传学研究(Ⅱ):天然群体遗传结构与保护策略

【摘要】 在等位酶水平上分析了我国乡土针叶树种白皮松10个天然群体的遗传多样性及结构,结果白皮松的遗传多样性在松属树种中属于中偏下,其中水平多样性指标为:As=1.742,Aes=1.49,Ps=54.8%,Hes=0.162;群体水平遗传多样性指标为:Ap=1.39±0.11,Aep=1.30±0.12,Pp=34.85±8.46%,Hep=0.099±0.049,Hop=0.095±0.042。白皮松天然群体遗传多样性总体上呈现中心分布的特征,与资源分布中心和表型多样性分布中心吻合。白皮松群体间分化明显,FST=0.133,群体间基因流较低Nm=1.626。部分群体固定指数明显偏离Hardy-Weinberg平衡,总群体固定指数F=0.105,经检验基本符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡。白皮松群体间遗传距离较大(D=0.128),遗传距离与地理空间距离存在微弱的关系(r=0.31),根据Nei’s遗传一致度将10个群体分为3组。讨论了白皮松群体遗传结构和相应的遗传保护策略。

【Abstract】 On the basis of allozyme,the genetic diversity and genetic structure of 10 populations of Pinus bungeana,an endemic conifer species in China,were analyzed.The results showed that the genetic diversity of P.bungeana was slightly lower than the average one of pines.The parameters of genetic diversity of P.bungeana at species and population levels were respectively given as follows:As=1.742,Aes=1.49,Ps=54.8%,Hes= 0.162,Ap=1.39±0.11,Aep=1.30±0.12,Pp=34.85±8.46%,and Hep=0.0986±0.049.The genetic diversity of natural populations of P.bungeana was characterized by central distribution,which was accordant with the pattern of its natural resources and phenotype diversity distribution.The genetic differentiation among the populations of P. bungeana was obvious(FST=0.133) and the gene flow among the populations was lower (Nm=1.626).Some populations were deviated from Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium,but the total population(at species level) basically abided by the equilibrium(F=0.105).The genetic distance between the populations was larger(=0.128) and there was a slight correlation between the genetic distance and geographical distance(r=0.31).10 populations could be divided into three groups according to Nei’s genetic identity.At last,the population genetic structure of P.bungeana and its significance for genetic conservation strategy were discussed.
