大仓鼠种群线粒体DNA酶切片段长度多态性的研究

【摘要】 本文采用HaeIII酶切法研究和分析了捕自河北省饶阳县和固安县的48只大仓鼠(Cricetulus triton)mtDNA的多态性。主要结果如下:大仓鼠mtDNA序列长度在16.5~18.5kb之间,大仓鼠mtDNA的HaeIII酶切片段数18~21个,群体内存在大量变异。与此相对照,8只纯系SD大白鼠(Rattus norvegicus albino)mtDNA的HaeIII酶切图谱完全相同。此项工作为今后研究大仓鼠种群mtDNA多态性与种群动态的关系奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 The mitochondrial DNA polymorphism of 48 ratlike hamsters (Cricetulus triton) which were captured in Raoyang and Guan County of Hebei Province was analyzed by using restricted enzyme HaeIII. The main results were summarized as follows: The mtDNA size of the ratlike hamsters was from 16.5kb to 18.5kb. The number of fragments cut by HaeIII was from 18 to 21, and plenty of variation of mtDNA in wild hamster population was observed. By contrast, the mtDNA electropherogram of 8 white laboratory rats (Rattus norvegicus albino) of pure strain showed no variation. This preliminary work will promote further studies on the relationship between mtDNA polymorphism and population dynamics of ratlike hamster.
